Ryan is a lifetime Washingtonian who got his start in real estate at a young age doing construction work with his father, a general contractor. He put himself through college painting houses, flipping cars, and doing handyman work. He even flipped three properties before finishing college.

Upon earning his business degree from the University of Washington, he acquired multiple securities and insurance licenses for a major broker-dealer. His focus was on building wealth for his clients. He worked his way up from originator to an executive and helped build the 2nd largest mortgage brokerage in Washington.

In 2011, Ryan shifted gears and traded the business suits for work boots and flannel shirts. He followed his real estate passion and continued flipping and buying auction properties for investor clients with his wife. He is primarily a problem solver who can be counted on to devise creative solutions that save the day and help make the impossible possible.
